Betty has no misconceptions about her figure. She has gotten hit on many times. But her body is her body, and even she adimts she sometimes enjoys it. But there are problems with it. Like the need to special order bras because her pairs broke, procrastinating getting new ones for a while, then realizing she has no bras to put on after the last one gets ruined. More embarrassing is the fact that her nips are quite pronounced in this sweater. She's not one to publically dress provocatively, so this my send more unnecessary signals.
