A new Gomamon X character I designed but is based off a few old ideas.

Decided to revisit the old "Choco-Elly" idea, but made it her own character. And much like that specific version of Elly, Chelsea Horace (Or "Seahorse" to her friends) used to be a human. Also specifically a "Gomamon X-Antibody", largely just so I can give her chest floof.

Physically, compared to Elly (at least, the current version), Chelsea isn't as busty, and is about as chubby, but is taller and has more weight on her rear.

Personality-wise, she's a fun girl but sometimes acts on impulse, even if she seems nervous about it. Because of this she can certainly take charge if given the chance.
