This is largely pertaining to a specific version of Cuttah, although I've had other versions before.

Much like a number of other iterations, Cuttah and Rippah are siblings. However, they are not the only ones (although Cuttah and Rippah are closest in age than most others, which aided in a closer relationship). They are from a place where a genetically altered race of roos live as troops for whatever conflict needs them, from as little as riot control to being soldiers in a war. However, while general consensus is that they are little more than tools, they are not so disrespected as to not be given decent living conditions, although it's not too dissimilar to army barracks.

As these creatures are genetically altered, there is a good chance that issues may arise. A number either die or are deemed unfit for use and are euthanized early on. Some do have some form of defect but can, in some way, be mitigated. And there are the rare instances where everything turns out perfectly.

Cuttah was one of the second type, although her defect (a bad leg) was easily taken care of with cybernetics. She is a special unit made around extended flamethrower use. This was largely done by, in short, making her fart more often, and giving her a suit that converts it to fuel. Cuttah was also the first successful long term attempt at this, as previous attemps, for whatever reason, did not live.

Minor annoyances aside, she is content. This is her life, the only one she knows, and follows orders. This, unfortunately, meant that she has to kill Rippah should they ever met, as he had defected at some point and was deemed a risk to keep alive. Orders are orders, no matter how much she doesn't want to do them. Now, if she met Rippah in a place outside the jurisdiction of her leaders, that's another thing entirely.

Cuttah is known to keep to herself, and is rather quiet. But given her condition she is almost always in her suit. A fan of spicy foods, she is obviously a fan of big, warm meals. She also can be a bit of a joker, having flirted with Elhaym a few times, sometimes in front of Rippah. They question if she may be bi, and she won't give an answer to that. But it should be noted that Cuttah and Rippah were raised in a place where most of the interactions they had are either with siblings or ones giving them orders.
