Venus: The Mutant Ninja Female Muscle Turtle remains one of my all-time favorite self-made stories in terms of characters.

As far as Tatsuo goes, I personally wanted him to have a darker colored appearance. The fire sword is his trademark weapon so I definitely wanted it in there.
