This is the first picture I've ever commissioned. She's an official character from the TMNT series, "The Next Mutation". But she was not only a rather weak character, but TPTB erased her from existence rather than kill her off or have her leave the other turtles for good! I simply brought her back and gave her a new life with a new muscular look and a new attitude! ^_^
