It's still almost surreal
This life I barely feel
Oh! How much I heave
Yet never truly breathe!
No matter what I do
No matter what I say
Each grinding bite, each kiss goodnight
I'm broke in everyway

A small poem I wrote about how disconnected I became from reality at one point. It's hard to explain, but looking up the definition of Solipsism is a good start
