It was brought to my attention some time ago that my INA setting was quite bureaucratic (at least for The Society/Machinist Nation, the nation that Ideka is from) and I suppose that is true, though I'd like it very much to be a Benevolent Bureaucracy, which is undoubtedly a pipe dream. There's still room for cynicism about the process.
