...oh, how I wish I got paid for every time I have had THAT kind of customer come whining to me about that kind of circumstance. There are RATINGS for a reason you know? After a while and enough time, you get desensitized to it like a customer service rep on Tech Support asking, "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"
