I'm an author of fantasy, romance, fantasy romance, and occasionally something completely different. Also, I imagine myself as a gryphon most of the time—the rest is filled with terrible confusion.

Good news! Part One of "In Fine Feather" is officially in editing despite hiccups, and the others are well on their way to completion—I'd like a buffer so I don't leave you all hanging if life decides to shit on me again, especially since there may or may not be cliffhangers in the future.

Part One will have some big changes. It is entirely in Riane's POV. It introduces a couple new characters, including the main antagonist of the series, Kerak. And, we finally get to see the Aurel Empire's capital city, Lighthaven, and the headquarters of the Allied Flight Corps!

However, it will be a plot-only chapter with no explicit scenes. Don't worry, though. One of the subplots of "In Fine Feather" sees Riane going into heat, and there will be plenty of steam throughout the rest of the quartet. ;>
