So i was watching some videos of Fire Emblem Fates and saw this character named Lilith that is an Astral Dragon.
I just thought this design was so cute that i wanted to try my hands on it.
Lilith looks like koi fish, but since she is apparently the only Astral Dragon in the game i gave this one a wind/sky themed design.
