From the POKEDDEX challenge. Favorite Fighting-type: SCRAFTY.

I originally hated this guy when I first saw him. I thought his design was hideous and looked stupid with the baggy shed skin for clothes. But then one day I thought, "I need a good Fighting type for my team that is somewhat bulky in both defenses..." And Scrafty was the Internet's recommendation. I groaned at the thought of raising a Pokémon I disliked, but I went and did so anyways.

I am so glad I went through the trouble. "Derpus" the Scrafty is a permanent addition to my current team. After a single Bulk Up, he can take a beating, and with Leftovers and Drain Punch he can regain health back and potentially stall. Status conditions aren't entirely a problem either, as the ability Shed Skin can take away Burns and Toxic poisoning that runs rampant with other bulky Pokémon. Because I spent time raising a Scrafty, I fell in love with everything about him. I am completely fine with his design now.

Wanted a more dynamic pose, but as you'll hear a million times over from me, perspective is still not one of my strong points. For some reason I also have issues drawing Scrafty's tiny three-fingered hands. Whatever, I still like the end result.
