A couple of weeks ago, I finally went in to get my new tattoo finished.
In all honesty, this is one of the most accomplishing moments of my life. To love this fandom so much that I'm willing to put hours of pain, endurance and a life dedication into it.
Now that I'm done shedding the skin it's still as beautiful as the day I got it. Lovely colors and detail done by an amazing artist who's work will be emblazoned on my shoulder for life.

Holy... That seems like it hurt like hell, shedding that much skin.
(Is that supposed to hurt, or is it more like dead skin cells falling off? I dunno...)

Getting the ink on was six total hours of intense pain. Trying not to sleep on my side totaled at around a month. xD

To elaborate. After the ink is applied, it burns and feels like a sunburn for a few days, then it scabs and peels. This is a period where you avoid picking at it even if it itches.
