I made that following a recipe from a St. Kitts' cookbook. Usually, most Irish soda bread have raisins in them, but this one was plain because of the recipe. Anyway, the bread was alright in taste. I tried to do an X mark on the loaf, but only one cut came out good as you can see in the pics. I think you can use like any kind of buttermilk for it, because mine was cultured and low fat.
