I made this tonight from Adams Media's the Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. I tried to follow the recipe for the fritters to the best of my cognition. I wasn't sure if I did this perfectly, though. But the food seem to came out fine though. The purely yellow ones were undercooked, but he brown ones seem to be just right. As for the caramel sauce, I didn't make it from scratch. Instead, I improvised with using the caramel topping in the fridge and warming it up in the microwave to pour over the fritters.
