This is the last of the food from the first chapter of Adams Media's Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. Honestly, I prefer teriyaki salmon over this. I don't think I like having onions on my salmon. Also, the sauce tasted bland. I guess it's true that British foods, at least when it comes to some entrees, aren't tasty after all. Anyway, the sauce was supposed to go on top of the salmon, right? The pictures I searched had sauces on top, but the book didn't specifically say to cover the fillets in sauce; it was to just sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
