Another food from Adams Media's The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. I followed every bit of instruction, except for the part where I used self-rising flour instead of all-purpose flour and I had to bake longer than it called for to get the edge to brown, and this was the result. When I tasted the slice, it was kind of buttery. It's greasy at the back and that's because of the oil. Also, it's got too much salt in it, which gave me a headache I think, because I used a sweet cream butter; I should go with unsalted butter next time.
