Mercury, Neon, Tornado and Marvel aren't characters that SparksflY used in the RP. I just looked at her scroll and used the name of her dragons to give the unnamed NPCs from her 1st giftstory names. Because I used these dragons off the scroll, I decided to credit her with the characters.
