Since I found out you can't use all technology in the RP, I tried to come up with a reason to have them banned in the story, but I'm not sure if the reasons were legitimate. I just wanted a way to make the humans more angrier towards the dragons, so that Kathia can get them on her side later. Sorry to stupefy the government, Eveeoni. If any of you have a better reason or a better idea, then let me know in the comments, okay?
