Meet Hugo, the Impish Ampharos!
He's energetic, likes to run, isn't very fast, and is generally a mischief maker.
He loves people, but not so much battling.
It's also hard for him to trust people, but once he does, he'll be your best friend! C:
His skin has a rubbery texture, but his belly is covered in short, soft fur.
