Alvina adopted Hiccup and quickly realized the perfect name for him. Hiccup is named after the hiccups he gets when he is scared. He gets scared a lot, and, therefore, hiccups almost all the time. He's taken a shining to Scharlotte, Alvina's Arcanine.
