Because I needed to make a piece for a portfolio that was a landscape and because as the subterranean miser I am; I went to several caverns over the course of the summer and took pictures. Those pictures would eventually become the foundation for this piece which was done entirely in ink on a comic board. All in all I'm pretty proud of this piece even with its minute flaws.
