This is the Epic Alexia, Mistress of the Witchfire model mashed together with a Minion Boneswarm light beast, with some extra skeletons sculpted by me to help the transition. I also added a little plastic tombstone to her base, to make it look like her glowpony might be bursting out of a grave or something.
