Seriously, these are just a few lines that repeated constantly all the time just piss me off. Nobody seems to get the hint either. Fellow artists stuck in retail, represent! x.x

"Oh i don't know how you do it. Its so crazy here! I could never work here!" It beats living on the street at least--or so i tell myself.

"Oh you're such a great artist! Why are you still working here?" Ever heard of a recession and lack of demand? Or maybe its just a hobby and doing it for money can suck the fun out of it?

"How could they make you work holidays?" Because you're shopping on the holidays.

Here's a useful tip for you to take with you. If you're going to say something like these, stop and ask yourself these questions and see if if you get annoyed. If you do, don't say it.
