Original Description:

A badge I made for Tod (my fursuit character who will eventually cosplay/dress up as El Chavo del 8 from time to time). I want to debut this badge and the costume at Mana-con, but I'm not sure if many people would recognize him... Anyhow, if I obtain the El Chavo costume by then (I'm sure Tod will be here long before Mana-con) Tod will be dressed up as him!
