It isn't really his full phobia form, more a nightmare form or a possessed form
either way it's still a wip

He has 3 mouths, representing 3 different personalities.
His arms and genital region are more black or infected, showing that somebody touched him.
Eyes because they're watching him, tracing every step waiting to kill.
No pupils like a lifeless puppet.
His neck is stiched like somebody cut it off and stitched it again.
Shorter legs so that he can't run away that fast.
A broken nose, mostly bleeding. Rats mostly smell rotting things or trash, sometimes even death.
Claws that also just stop him from running since they're so big.

And I might add some stuff, idk.
