This is Clyde McDuffy, father of Raphial and the original successor of elemental wielding talent and the martial arts of the sword in the Avralian Fleet. Becoming one of the biggest influences to the military and biological science, he was remarked as a prodigy of the age. Growing up within the walls of Station X under SPEC, he was given special treatments and many new biological technologies after serving his time in the Avralian Fleet, and wanting to expand his potential to help his "brothers and sisters". In many cases, he was the prototype of the experiment dubbed Sector 4 (Eloe Monoke').

Using one of his special skills, the unnatural strength and agility he possesses, he quickly became popular among the military and many big companies around the system. During the Great War Clyde lead an army of 2,500 troops into the heart of Forticah in Eohl City, taking over the city by force against the militia of rebels.
