*Has much longer ears than feline form
*Fluff dragon doesn't have to have hair; same rules as feline version if drawn.
*Dragon muzzle with feline nose
*Long, forked tongue
*Has eastern dragon whiskers; one on each side of the muzzle close to the nose
*Claws do not retract
*Feathered wings; may be chibi or full-sized; may or may not have claw
*Dragon-like tail: starts out bulkier/fluffier at the base and gets skinnier along its length till it floofs out at the end

Either form may be anthro or feral (However, hybrid form is preferred when drawn as feral).
