Some of my traditional work. Just finished this today. I do like how it came out, but I haven't been liking my art slump lately. Everyone is making amazing photo realistic things (basically copying a photo with their hands), and meanwhile, I am drawing space deer, go me.
Artwork is done by me, mixed media.
Tan paper, Prismacolor pencil, gold acrylic paint, white acrylic paint, black ink pen, black ballpoint pen, and popcorn grease

I'm at a loss of words to describe how wonderful this one is, as there are so many things that make it great. I especially like how colorful it is, as well as the patterns involved and that's probably the best I can do. Keep up the good work, I'm glad to be following you on Weasyl now.

Photorealism is all well and good but why do you need hyper-realism when you can have prismatic crystalline space deer instead? This is beautiful and you handled the use of color and stylization very well.
