Three months of summer, my favorite time of year.
When I'm with you I know its where I should be.
Being in your arms held right close and near
is where I'm happiest, with you kissing me.

Sometimes I get a little dose of feels and I gotta get 'em out, y'know? Some sweetness for the summer and some art practice, trying to knock out the art block and drawing-hand sleepies. I hadn't done more detailed shading in a while and I was scared I had forgotten how to shade, so I picked up this sketch from a while ago later last night and started coloring. Tried a slightly different technique, added some overlays to brighten up the colors. Lots of layers of shading. Enjoy!
