OkaY SO.
There was some drama before this but I didn't have the energy to draw it out honestly so.
This is Petunia's first real, serious relationship. Before Eugene she was a really promiscuous ho so she's not really used to/is intimidated any kind of commitment. So like, when Eugene brought it up before she was kinda iffy on it, but due to some of Eugene's kind of....moral reasons he decided to just take the plunge and if she said no, then he'd just deal with it until she decided she was ready or whatever.
So he'd been waiting since the first time he brought it up with her (it wasn't a proposal it was just brought up in a conversation) and he'd been talking about it with Boo who was nervous for him because Eugene takes everything really personal and he knew if Petunia said no it would hurt his feelings really badly. So at first Boo was kinda like "IIIIIII dunno man" but then after talking about it with him he was like "if you think it's the right move then go for it bro I'm not gonna get up in your business" so he decided to just do it. Finally.

She said yes, btw.
