Since yesterday was Mother’s Day, I wanted to draw Merci and Jamie with Mel who is pretty much their mother. She took care of Merci since they were a baby and she adopted Jamie at the age of 14. While she screws up, especially in regards to Merci’s situation, she genuinely cares for both Merci and Jamie. And she’s incredibly proud of both of them and how they’ve grown up to become the force to change Celestia society.
