When obnoxious politicians come rolling around to campaign outside his door, or when next door neighbors decide to drill holes in their walls, you can expect Frank Renard to show up and yell at the top of his lungs "SHUT UP! QUIET!"

This was heavily inspired by a Tex Avery cartoon from the 1940s, in which a bear is trying to hibernate, and even the smallest sound will wake him up. The result, the bear too yells "SHUT UP! QUIET!"
