Big Fight

rabbitinafoxden

Marco was at home exercising in his apartment when he first felt it. It was a low, distant thud at first, a subtle vibration, like the feeling when a large vehicle passes nearby. Then again, louder and with more energy. Then...

BOOM!

The building shook with enough force that it knocked the fox off his exercise bike. Panicking, he shot back to his feet and braced himself against a doorway. An earthquake?

But no, it seemed to have stopped. Was it already over? Marco adjusted his black tank-top and stepped cautiously away from the doorway, back into his living room, where his TV and exercise bike were set up.

Boom boom boom BOOM!

The shaking came again, like a series of explosions coming closer and closer, before the last one made the entire apartment shake even more violently than before. Picture frames fell from the walls, and the TV was knocked from its place in the living room, crashing down to the carpet.

He thought he saw movement outside the glass door that separated the rest of his apartment from the balcony. Swallowing hard, Marco crept closer to have a look.

He felt the blood drain from his face.

Outside his apartment was a feline. She had an average build, and black-and-white fur. She was wearing jeans and a green t-shirt. In other circumstances, he probably would have thought she was pretty.

The problem was that he was looking up at her, and he lived on the third story.

A giant.

He shook his head, trying to clear it. No, that was impossible. He knew, of course, that there were people of this... scale. But they lived in their own cities, didn't they? They weren't supposed to come to places like this!

And yet there she was, leaning against the side of his building, and probably almost as tall as the structure itself. Rubbing his eyes didn't banish her. She was definitely, actually here.

Marco's heart pounded against the inside of his ribcage. This was bad. Really bad. He didn't know why the giant feline was here, but it couldn't be good. He had heard stories of these titans coming to smaller cities. They could destroy buildings, smash roads, and devour dozens of citizens, all in the blink of an eye. Who could stop them, really? Other than...

BOOM!

The building shook again as the massive wolf slammed into the feline. Cracks appeared in Marco's walls. The fox stumbled, bracing himself against the glass door as he struggled to keep his footing.

Not just one giant. Two. Two giant women.

And they were fighting.

The feline screeched as the wolf attacked her, trying to get a grip around her throat. She flailed her limbs, swiping with her claws at her attacker. Every movement caused another shudder, another slam, and incalculable damage.

Marco could see more consequences from their battle from his vantage point. A building across the street had massive claw marks in the side. Street lights lay toppled and partially smashed in the street. He saw what looked like the remains of a car, completely crushed -- hopefully no one hand been in it.

Why were these two having their fight here!? Did they not realize the damage they were doing? Did they not...?

Marco saw it coming just in time: the feline's elbow, heading straight for his balcony.

The fox dove to the floor as the glass door exploded.

BOOM!

Marco huddled on the ground, face-down, his arms protecting his head. Small shards of glass and other rubbled settled around him. After a few long moments, his ears perked up. Was he hurt?

No, he didn't feel any pain anywhere. Gradually, amidst the continued shaking, he pulled himself back to his feet.

Broken glass and bits of wall littered the floor of his apartment. His balcony and a good portion of the wall around it had been completely destroyed, but fortunately, he himself seemed no worse for the wear, other than being covered in dust and bits of plaster.

Though he wasn't sure what possessed him to do so, he peeked back out through the gaping hole in his wall, careful not to step on any glass on the way.

It was hard to tell from this angle, but the wolf seemed to be winning the fight. She had the smaller (relatively) female pinned against the side of the apartment building, and they seemed to be tussling. He heard a loud shhfff noise, and then something large flopped down into the street. For a moment, he thought it was an enormous tent.

Then he realized it was the wolf's shirt.

Oh. Suddenly Marco knew exactly what was about to happen.

"Oh no, please, no!" The female voice boomed around him. "Please, please, no no nononono...!"

The voice was suddenly cut off, replaced with muffled whimpers by a loud, wet glmph sound.

There were more shakes as the feline squirmed, and her enormous tail whipped past the hole in Marco's wall. But the shaking, at least, wasn't so bad now, especially that the wolf was holding the feline's arms to her sides.

Glk. Gluk. Glk.

From his vantage point, Marco watched as the feline's body slowly slid upward. The wolf backed away, giving the fox a better view of the feline's body slowly disappearing into the wolf's gullet. Her massive throat bulged out, followed by distinct, squirming bulges appearing in her stomach as more of the feline was forced in.

Glp, glk.

The feline's legs gradually disappeared into the wolf's mouth, and the wolf leaned back, tilting her head up, before...

GLK.

The feline's paws disappeared between the wolf's teeth, and the large bulge slid downward, settling in the predator's gut.

"Ahhh..."

The wolf let out a satisfied sigh, bracing herself against the apartment building with one hand. She squeezed her squirming belly up against the wall.

This meant that the massive, furry bulge was so close to Marco that he could almost reach out and touch it. He could make out distinct bulges of a paw, a shoulder, a muzzle. The screaming coming from inside was muffled to the point of incoherence, but still sounded quite loud to his ears.

Then the wolf pulled away, turned around, and leaned back. The building shook again as she pressed her back against the partially-destroyed wall, letting out a satisfied moan as she cupped her gut with both hands.

Marco swallowed hard. He started to slowly, carefully back away across the glass-strewn floor. Hopefully, the wolf had just been chasing her prey here, and, satisfied, would return from whence she came without any more destruction. Marco got the distinct impression that the wolf didn't care about all the damage she had done, but at least that might mean she wouldn't care enough to cause more damage intentionally.

But it was probably still a good idea to get away from the opening in the wall... just in case she decided she wanted dessert.

A quick piece done for Macro March! Macro vs macro is the way to go, right?
