Well, not entirely gone. Unlike the lion and his prey, where the canine had barely been visible, Stef made an enormous, wiggly bulge on the slender fox's belly. Lucie could easily make out the curve of a thigh, a knee, a breast, or a belly as she struggled and fought, trying her hardest to escape.

The fox opened her mouth and released a loud belch. Lucie thought she could catch the scent of Stef's perfume. The predator looked down at the mouse. "Did you enjoy the show?"

Lucie opened her mouth, but the only sound that came out was a small squeak.

The fox smiled. Her long, fluffy tail wrapped around Lucie's waist and tickled across her stomach, causing her heart to skip a beat. "It's okay," she said. "You don't have to say anything. The fact that you didn't run away reveals a lot. And your scent tells me anything else I need to know about it."

Lucie sat very still as the tail continued to caress her stomach and thigh. Her legs shook slightly.

The fox pulled a small card and a pen from the pocket of her jacket. She scribbled something on it, then leaned over. She slipped the card into Lucie's pocket. "It's possible I've misjudged you," she said, her perfumed breath tickling Lucie's ear, "and if I have, then I figure you'll never see me again. But if you'd like to join your friend... give me a call later." She then licked Lucie's cheek before standing up and walking out of the coffee shop, her belly swaying as she walked.

Lucie sat there, her heart pounding, her fur standing on end.

She wondered what it would feel like.
