I like to think this guy has some weird mouth thing going on under those bandages, I originally thought of something like Adorea's cilla face from Franken Fran but then I thought a bestial second mouth (a la Alexandrite from Steven Universe) worked much better with his weird wolf aesthetic. He looks TOO normal compared to all the other modified mutants, he has to have something weird and gross going on with him

A big ol gross drooly monster mouth full of nasty yellowed teeth and a long snaking tongue. So gross...but also so good
