Truth, parallels are fun! And omg we do both have salty Grass-types to sass us XDD Kinda shows their different reactions to high-stress situations too (Though Ace's wasn't as high-stress since he didn't like being a human anyways, I'd imagine? lol)

(Yes that, and the fact that he was a bit older than Taylor and the others when it happened to him. He was more weathered and experienced, hence why he later mopped the floor with a gang of bar hooligans so easily.)

I love the parallels between Taylor's introduction to the Pokémon world and Ace's. Notices hands/paws look different, meets a sassy grass type, suddenly remembers they have friends/siblings and needs to start looking for them...
The difference being while Ace took everything WAAAY too calmly aside from a few over the top references, Taylor is acting more like any sane young human probably would in a situation like this. XD
