I overshaded it like usual. I've been wanting to draw this character since I adopted her design but I was never satisfied with the result so I also redid it, this time I'm kinda satisfied with the result. I also did a background which is something I normally never do?

Alpine is one of five guards in Firecreek. Back when Firecreek was mostly a trading village, Alpine arrived in Firecreek. She was looking for valuable metals to make armor and swords out of. Alpine had been looking for a village or city to be a guard in however none of the previous ones never really satisfied her. She really liked the looks of Firecreek and decided to apply to become a guard. Trick, who was lord at the time, saw that she was a really good Fita for the job and accepted her. Alpine already had the training necessary to become a guard so she didn't need to be trained. Alpine was around 19 when she became a guard at Firecreek. Not a lot is known about Alpine and she's quite the mysterious character. She'll normally avoid certain questions about herself. Alpine likes to get stuff done and doesn't like to get distracted. However because of that she can hurt someones feelings without realizing it. She isn't known to react with much emotion and can seem rather rude at times. Alpine is also known to be quite intimidating and not a lot of Fitas are willing to argue with her. Alpine is currently mentoring Ivory Paleweaver.

-Alpine's surname was a morph of the words Whisper and Frost with some letter rearranged and others removed.
-She was originally going to be a trader that turned into a guard however it was scrapped.
-She was named after the Alpine tree.
-Alpine was originally going to have long curly hair but it was changed to a short swirl.
-She has a horse named Orion.
