Hmm? How many redesigns have I made of this character, four? I just can't decide what I want her to look like, and I forgot her feathers(hoof tufts). Anyways, this is Cosmia(Cos-me-uh) she is a black tobiano(look it up it exists). The reason she has two different colored eyes is because one of her eyes is covered by a white marking, making it blue, and the other is not, making it brown. Cosmia's build is like a gypsy vanner and friesian, in her world breeds don't exists it's just used to describe what she looks like.
