Request for dragon-fang2 - photo by him

This one was an interesting challenge, especially considering that most of it didn't use my usual animal stock technique, but was instead manipulated with Liquify. Lugia is a fairly stylized Pokemon, so I had some difficulty getting something that was recognizably “on-model” in anthro form.
