I retain the right to refuse any commission. No payment is to be sent until the commission is approved. Any payments sent beforehand will be refunded.

Once completed, a commission cannot be refunded. A full refund will be issued if the commission has not yet been started or if I, the artist, cannot complete the commission. If canceled after work has been started, a prorated refund will be offered based on how much has been completed.

A reference is preferred, however, I can work with a description.

Works in progress will be sent to you for approval. Changes must be requested prior to moving on to the next step, otherwise, a fee may be added on.
