  Going a bit farther back than I was originally going to, I figured I'd pop this four pager up. Drawn on paper, inked and lettered in Illustrator; this was my first real attempt at doing a full page comic that got anywhere beyond Page 1.

Inspired in part by Kafka's novel, MDM was to be a larger story but I really couldn't come up with much past the initial set-up you see here. What it lacked in depth it made up with lessons. Lessons like "Illustrator is out to get you! Save Often!" and "Relying solely on the brushes of others brings more pain than simply making your own".

That last one hit while I worked on Page 4. -.-

This one tends to be a hit when I post it. It's a fave of mine and hopefully you'll dig it, too. = )
