So many OCs on my mind, goodness!
OK, before I introduce this guy lemme make something clear: “The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker” and I have a complex relationship.
On one hand, I love Adult Kit’s design and enjoy that he emulates Baloo in certain ways. On the other hand, his characterization feels dissonant in that he emulates Baloo in a lot of the wrong ways. You mean to tell me an uneducated slacker and lousy pilot is what that same street-smart kid who kept Baloo in check would wind up? As if.
Plus, Kit seemed way too isolated in the episode, let alone disconnected from Molly. Why was he the only one working at Higher for Hire for instance? Because if he’s been doing everything, that cannot be healthy.
So here’s a mechanic to keep the big guy company and sane.

Biography:
Abandoned by college-age parents
An orphan as a child just like Kit
However, he was ‘adopted’ alongside other orphans by a couple that were actually Heron and a fellow FOWL agent in disguise
Was inducted into a brainwashing program headed by Black Heron so he could be molded into a secret assassin
First heard LGBT+ terms from overhearing some Eggheads discussing orientations
He was the only one Agents Beakley and Bagheera managed to save in time, the others killed off by Heron beforehand
A butterfly drew his focus away from the group and led him astray until Bagheera came across him by mistake
Bagheera, taking pity, took the boy in and raised him himself
This meant he had to retire from the spy business early in order to raise Simon properly
Moved them from Singabore to Cape Suzette for the boy’s safety
Made quick friends with Kit shortly after moving there
When Kit, after learning from Baloo that Bagheera is gay, confessed to Simon that he’s bisexual, Simon out of relief confirmed his own sexuality
Had a brief falling out with his stepfather once he told them he intended to be a plane mechanic
Bagheera didn’t want to risk him crossing paths with FOWL
Sought out Higher for Hire because he grew up hearing all sorts of tales about Baloo and wanted a chance to see the world
Took over as Higher for Hire’s new mechanic after Wildcat retired
Likes to call Kit “Cinnamon Bun” while Kit calls him “S’more” in return
Personal Conflicts:
Must learn to accept that there’ll always be people who care about you, no matter how awful you’ve been
Must come to realize that he is not ‘disposable’ and that his value as a person should not depend on his utility to others

Anything of the adventure genre
Being unpredictable
Dislikes:
When people assume that he’s incapable of emotion
His own seeming lack of sensibility
His emotions being mocked
When Kit downplays himself
Oysters
Too much routine
Quirks:
Tends to compare things to stuff in video games like final bosses and cheat codes

Fixing various vehicles, especially planes
Managing finances
Sewing
Semi-decent cook
Trained in Tai Chi by Bagheera
