Payment for sketch commissions and icons must be sent in full before any work will be done.

After inquiring about a colored commission and giving details for what you want done, I will produce a sketch. Upon approval of the sketch, payment will be required before I complete the piece.

If I am unable to produce either the work or an update after one month, all money will be refunded.

If the customer cancels the commission before any work is done on it, refunds are available full. If I've already produced a sketch, the price of a sketch commission will be deducted from the refund.

Extra characters are an additional 50% of the base cost of the piece. For example, for a $15 sketch, each additional character will be $7.50. For a $50 full color, each additional character will be $25.
