Plot: Inspired by various versions and adaptations of Alice in Wonderland, Kingdom Hearts and The Lego Movie. When a new world called Mysteryland is in peril, a wounded Josie arrives with the Heart of all Cubits from the Legendary Cubit Garden to save the world and protect another Heart of all Cubits from a wicked Goddess, Thirteen Ghosts and the Phantom of Mysteryland.

Author's Note: The song I used was Auld Lang Syne (The New Year's Anthem) by Mariah Carey.

The four young Mixels are Booger, Scrud, Blip and Zabo from Mixels.

Usagi Tsukino is the main protagonist of the Sailor Moon franchise while Madoka Kaname is the main protagonist of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica franchise.

Cragsters Max is a Max of the Cragsters, Krader, Seismo and Shuff from Mixels while Werner Werman is the boss of the Murine Corps level who made his debut in the game, Cuphead. Cragsters Max and Werner Werman are not entirely in this chapter, but Cragsters Max's voice was heard while Werner is only mentioned.

Myrtle Beach is in South Carolina.

The Rainbow Friends are the antagonists of the Roblox horror game of the same name consisting of Blue, Green, Orange, Purple and Red.

There is a reference to Mixels regarding Cubits. That's why I created the Heart of all Cubits and the Legendary Cubit Garden.

The nightmare scene is also a reference to Rainbow Friends and Shrek the Third.

The Dark Mixels concept was created by alex20191, so he deserves a shoutout.

Josie Kitty is my fursona and Josie Sakura's sister. Did I mention that Josie Sakura is my persona. Do not mistake me for or compare me to my persona. Got it memorized?

Eric Cartman is the fat kid from South Park and I know he's evil, but he is my favorite South Park character along with Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Kenny McCormick and Butters Stotch. Don't worry, Cartman's Mysteryland counterpart will be a surprise.

There is also a reference to Alice in Wonderland (1951) with the song, In a World of My Own.

There is also a small reference to SpongeBob episode, Breath of Fresh Squidward.

And the black and white creatures are in fact Nixels, antagonists of the Mixels series.
