I was trying to draft up ideas for an Alyssa to throw onto the cover of the box or whatever the figurine would come in (THEORETICALLY SPEAKING) and instead of a literal representation of the figure and pose inside, I imagined it’d be a lot better if the cover were something stupid adorable and IRRESISTABLE TO PICK UP or whatever. Then elsewhere on the box I’d place the image of the outline of the figurine.

So obviously the amazing work of Grind came to mind when I was trying to imagine how to create a kawaii as fuck representation of Alyssa, so I sorta took inspiration (read: ripped off) from her technique to quickly create this draft!
