Being alive is complicated!
We have so many options here.
Sure, we can't control everything about life or about who we are,
but there are so many things that we can change.
Like how we think about things~
There are many more things that we can influence.
Like how we feel.

Some things seem to grab our attention more often and more easily
than others.
And it can be easy to fall into habits.

But I know that we have even more options than we would even realize.
