Reference for Mark's character, a half human, half pokemon hybrid (in this case a mewtwo). Though I don't always follow it closely, it's my attempt at a 'realistic' anatomy for Mark's body, if such a thing exists.

His tail is long and heavy, and he has to drag it around when he's walking. It's too difficult to keep it above the ground while walking.
