Coolest Pokemon: Scizor

Okay boys and girls, time for a little history lesson.

I’ve had three phases when it comes to my interest in Pokemorph. First was around the time of Gen1, but I lost interest in Pokemon with Gen2 because I’m a dumb butt and accidentally erased two party members when trying to duplicate them. Gen3 rolled around and I got inspired to make a new set of ‘morphs; most of them evolved beyond their origins and now serve a purpose as original characters (in fact, that's who this comic is about!), but I once again lost interest in the concept until after Gen4 had made its presence known.

The guy in the picture above is one of the ‘morphs I did back in my second phase. His name was Choki, and I eventually cut him loose from my active roster of characters on the grounds of him being boring and flat. But when the chance to redesign him reared its head, I figured..yknow what, I might as well. So I reimagined the character as if I had designed him more recently, and honestly, I’m pretty taken by the design.

The way his hands work is that they have fingers and thumbs like normal hands, but if he presses the fingers together, they make the upper half of the claw, and his thumb can rotate down to make the bottom half.
