Worms n' Bones have been good buddies of mine for ages. When they first started with the dolls years ago, I was trying to explain how casting worked and we eventually decided it would be easier this way. It worked out well, frankly they are busy enough without having to worry about the casting.

Especially given that you have all the expensive equipment, and the space... and the resistance to chemical burns that we don't.
