So based on this, I decided to get back into what I thought I did best from my highschool days which was modeling and animating. Keep in mind I learned on the way old stuff so this new setup of things from both Maya and Blender REALLY through me off and made progress slow.

But I took out about a month to learn it and boy did things turn out to be way easier than before!
